Using the Arch app, AED owners can meet regulatory requirements, such as mandatory monthly "readiness checks," while they're actually in front of their AED unit! No longer do AED unit owners have to manage their records using outdated technologies like paper files and Excel. With Arch, AED owners can file support tickets, update expiration dates for their equipment, and get "real-time" help on the go. For instance, large facilities managers, responsible for many units spread across a large building, can perform AED compliance checks moving from one device (or building or floor) to another - without carrying anything but their iPhone. If they notice a problem with their AED, no problem, they can document the status and instantly communicate with Customer Support staff to address the issue. With all updates and reminders sent directly to their mobile phone, AED program managers and busy facility managers never need to log in to their desktop terminal again. The Arch AED Management app communicates with the Arch software program and integrates with Arch's high-powered AED medical direction and oversight program to help ensure the highest level of AED program compliance.
